Hello, I'm Sherry, an interactive teaching teacher, from northwest China, and Mandarin is my native language. I am a primary school English teacher with more than 20 years of teaching experience. I have an International Chinese Teacher Certificate and a First level certificate of Putonghua proficiency. Also I have obtained the certificate of CTCSOL (Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages) in March 2024.

Hi there, I’m Ricky. I’m a native Chinese speaker with significant experience teaching non-native speakers. I previously taught Chinese at Shanghai Jiaotong University. I now exclusively tutor people on Skype and Zoom. I’ve tutored for over 7 years. I have a bachelor degree in arts, majoring in International Economy and Trade. I can speak fluently English. I passed CET 6 (College English Test level of 6 in China) in university.

I can teach all levels of Chinese, specially beginner level and business Chinese. My students range from all different ages and backgrounds. I will make proper plan for students base on their level and goals.

As an experienced teacher, I am keeping a sense of understanding my students well. By studying my students' pronunciation, mistakes on grammar, or other learning behaviors, I could deduce what problems my students might face, thus helping you to improve your Chinese.

I use our trial lesson to get to know each other. Meanwhile, I also discuss about the learning targets and the method we will use. If you prefer your own material, please send it to me and I can teach accordingly. If you’d like me to prepare materials, I can design a tailored made lesson and modify it accordingly. For adults, I use HSK most of the time. For children, I have used different text books from their schools. I put effort to prepare my lesson plan and adapt it to student’s learning progress on the way. During the lessons, I explain the teaching plan and how we can achieve it with mutual effort. I give a lot of chances to students and encourage them to use the language in speaking and sometimes writing if they’d like to have some homework.
